Business Need

Customer wanted to reduce the downtime and the recovery time to a base minimum and obtain better control over the systems during outages and achieve a reduction in recovery time, increased data rate, and consolidate systems across the globe with 0% data loss.

Solution

With our strong knowledge base in DataPower, Hubcom were given the opportunity to prove out DataPower as the best solution. We conducted performance timing comparisons & capacity testing and were able to achieve the target minimum base recovery time along with a much faster data rate, to work on IBM WebSphere DataPower SOA Appliances, data transfer increased from 25 tps to 500 tps in a single node showing an exponential increase for the customer. The implementation of this solution helped the client to not only take advantage of their current investment in technology and skills, but far exceeded the performance of the solution that they were considering.
